Better start so far this morning. The cloud and dull conditions we had yesterday have gone and now it is mostly clear with just some Cirrus around.

Light to moderate Easterly winds continue. Oh and colder now with the temp currently at 5C.

8c, wind from the SE, fully overcast. Nothing really meteorolgically interesting, a week of south-easterly to southerly winds, bringing mild and cloudy weather for a while yet. Still, it's good to see easterlies at 8c in mid-November (about 5c + the north sea influence), I think with how things are shaping up in scandinavia and eastern europe, this time next month these easterlies would deliver 3-4c by day and night (0c + north sea influence).

Of course 3-4c would deliver low cloud, drizzle and snizzle and the the sort, but expect more energy really by christmas, and any real cold air would deliver widespread snow. Interesting tracking the temperatures of the continent in the next week for future reference.

Sunny, 9.3c.

Local weather just stated we'd be lucky to see sunshine, and that it would remain cloudy all night, but that is looking unlikely isn't it!
