The temperature continues to fall under cloudy skies. Down to 4.3C now. Don't understand why. Nothing is falling from the sky and the uppers are warming.

Temperature is rising quickly here now the sky has clouded over. 6/8 oktas up from 2/8 oktas earlier.

4.7C currently, so it's likely we'll record the daily maxima before midnight. The max today has been 5.7C.

Will be plugging in my weather station in an hour or two to record tonight's wind. Will then be online until Sunday morning. Hopefully I'll record some snow. :D

1c and clear... under a clear interval for about an hour before the cloud rolls in from the west later.

Looking likely your location could see some front edge or back edge snow. Front edge snow from the cold air that's currently in place, although it will be marginal with rising uppers.

Some back edge snow from colder air undercutting from the NW later on. Again, marginal though, especially as we're relying on the speed of the precipitation.

Uppers don't seem to fall below -4c... freezing rain possible (both the actual freezing rain, and some bloody cold rain!) 1.5c and rising here.
