My brother has had 35 cm in last week weather warningfor tomorrow for 20-30 cm..... Could be 55-65cm level snow by monday! Drifts are shoulder height up against his house.....will be there 22nd december.... Hopefully some snow here before then!

The swedish met have upgraded the snowstorm to its second highest level..... Latest models predict between 30-40cm could fall in the next 12-24 hrs..... With the snow intensity this morning peaking at 1-2cm every fifteen minutes.....

Yeah the forecast for Stockholm is + temperatures for a few days, snowing heavily right now but I expect a thaw - but don't expect the snow to thaw completely.

In denmark friday and tv2 denmark saying snow from sunday through wednesday next week with possibly monday, the day they celebrate christmas eve like we do christmas, will very likely be white, gfs suggesting 20cm snow on ground by then......interesting times.....

Copenhagen airport closed a runway delaying arriving flights. Trains upto 50 minute delays..... Snow expected to get heavier through this evening here.... The wind is gusting 65mph in the last hour.... Whiteout conditions since 2pm here.... Before the snow started windchill was -17c! Drifting dry powder snow i havent seen since 2010
