Off out with the camera, dogs, sledges and kids soon

Coating of ice in Cleadon following a deluge of ice pellets yesterday (4th February) mixed with a few flakes of snow early on.

Had heavy snow for a period around 10.30am-midday which gave a dusting before turning to rain and sleet on lower ground and freezing up at night. Looks like a few inches above 300m asl on the Lomond Hills nearby.

Really quite heavy snow now in North Norfolk (a wee bit south of Holt). And there I was thinking I'd have an early start tomorrow......
