    A mostly cloudy start, mainly dry but the odd driizle spec visible now and then on east facing windows with the breeze from about SE; lowest temperature of 3.8C and its 5.1C now

    As I type almost a glimpse of the sun as the StSc sheet develops a slight break in it.

    A cool and overcast day with continuous light-moderate rain during the morning and into the early afternoon, the odd brief heavier burst mixed in too. The rain became more showery after 1400 g.m.t although it remained cloudy. Some of the showers were briefly heavy and one at 1730 g.m.t had ice pellets mixed with the rain.

    At 1800 g.m.t;

    A cold feeling and very wet day with rain pretty much all day from light to very heavy. A short few mins of weak sunshine in the afternoon.
