Just had a look at the latest visible MO satellite, a large area of low cloud with a line from the west midlands to the middle of the North sea has not budged for the last 2 hours, it will be interesting to see if the sun does manage break through in these areas, I suspect the east of England will remain cloudy all day.

Currently overcast here with no sign of any breaks or brightness. temp 9c.
