Looking at the latest guidance, seems that Joplin may be near the active weather zone on Thursday. My rough idea of a target would be Chanute to Joplin.

Eastern Nebraska is certainly having a heck of a time this morning. 6 8 meso reported right now from the active front approaching Hastings. Reports of 1" hail and severe flooding.

It's certainly very active in this area and the warnings are in place until 11am local time, so many hours to go with this one.
