This day was a kind of middle ground between a Travel day and a see what crops up along the way kinda day. Left Elk City at around 11am and headed west for lunch in Amarillo, knowing we need to head north in the next few days we went up towards the Oklahoma Panhandle and SE Colorado knowing there would be storms along the way to make the travel easier. As we got to Boise City a cluster of severe Multi Cell storms were meandering around not really knowing which way to go, they were moving painfully WNW at a snails pace. With a few stronger cores SE Of the Town we bunkered down and were treated to some small hail, zero visibility and bears cage thunder for about 45 minutes. We even found some cover under shop awnings to film, some of the bolts and thuds were instant meaning they were striking overhead.

Moved onto Lamar (Colorado) ready for more north movement over the coming days.

Tom and Arron will upload some of the guests footage which is pretty damn good!

Amazing shot by Craig at the end there, I guess that's one of the strikes that made you all squeal?

Here is selection from Graham & Sarah - taken on a small dumpy water proof camera.

I didn't get time to edit them properly but they are good without it

I do like the "ground level - water vole" view, so often missed by many a good camera person.

    Well done, very au natural
