    A wet and foggy start to last night, the rain reverting to drizzle and clearing by late evening although the hill fog lasted well into the night.

    Currently dry and warmer than yesterday with sunny intervals.

    The morning was mainly dry with sunny intervals, just one light shower around 1015 g.m.t. Further showers arrived from the south west during mid-afternoon, some of them moderate, but the heavier showers always seemed to be to the south and south east and a rumble of thunder was heard to the south east at 1430 g.m.t. The showers died out after 1630 and the early evening has been dry with sunny spells, though still with heavy showers about 20 km or so to the south and south east.

    At 1800 g.m.t;

    Grass min', 8.7c
