same old, same old in the West Midlands...we breed them, the east gets them......getting to sound like an old broken record....lol.......line after line of showers fire up and as soon as they pass the west midlands they explode into life and start flashing & banging

I have a question. If the wind is blowing across the top of the low, then will all those storms in yorkshire head this way? If not then which way should I look for storms to come from?

Is that band over Yorkshire heading towards Newcastle?

We are absolutely starved of anything like this.

I think sothe sky in Boro has gone almost black to the SE I really can't wait to see what happens but then again maybe a massive let down haha

And here. I have tracked the storms from earlier back to showers that left this region at around 08.00 lol !!

Now the warmest day since last Saturday and increasingly sunny!

Louder thunder now but no lightning yet just the unmistakable sounds of rolling thunder i love it!

I feel your pain Andy!...lol.....the latest batch that tip toed through the W Midlands in the past hour has, as expected, burst into a life and is starting to stomp a mudhole through the north east midlands into Lincs...This area is of interest IMO to anyone chasing in the Yorks/north lincs area as it's starting to spit out sferics on its northern flank and could well develop into a multicell cluster
