15c 850 So Far North?!

Feel free to close this if it happens often, but looking GFS FI, it shows the 15C line for 850s incredibly far north:

Is this rare?!

Its been very hot at times in that part of the world so far this summer it must be said but usually it is very rare. That said, Russia this summer on a widespread scale has been much warmer than usual as has America, whats the cause of it? GW? Probably sadly.

2010 did see 20C hpa entering the Arctic basin during July if only briefly but uppers of Plus 15C has been known to enter the Arctic basin in recent times, we could get another occasion shortly with some very warm air entering from the Canadian side of the Arctic.
