    A strange phenomenon that happens at sunrise. A dawn chorus happens thousands of miles above the Earth’s surface, although it has nothing to do with birds. This song was captured by a Nasa satellite on September 5 in the Earth’s magnetosphere, thousands of miles high, and yet it sounds like birds chirping

    These sounds are created by particles trapped in the magnetosphere where they become accelerated.

    I lost it a long time ago Pete. Grouse may have been partially responsible.
