Hello all

As the post title hints, I am thinking of buying the WMR88, I was wondering if anyone knows anything about it or if it is any good?

I do not have an ideal garden etc for optimum positioning of sensors, but want to make a start on recording the weather in my area - West Cumbria for those who are interested.

I've got this station along with a few Others. It's not a bad little weather station I think I paid £100 for it. It has USB which is good because you can connect it to a computer, it will also work off the mains power. I don't use the wind anemometer but the rain gauge and temperature sensor work great. Make sure you place the sensor in the shade about four feet above grass level otherwise it will give an inaccurate reading.

If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask me.

It has arrived and I have set up the temp and rain sensors, However the barometer is reading on the low side. At the moment it is showing 998mb. Local readings show 1004mb, any ideas how to try and get it reading more accuratly?
