    Fog formed late yesterday evening and persisted for the rest of the night but never made it above 290m.

    It was a foggy start this morning, but with the cloud visible overhead, and a strip of clear sky to the south. The fog cleared by 0930 and the morning has been dry and increasingly sunny with patches of As early this morning moving away to leave 3 or 4 oktas Ci.

    The current temp' is 9.6c.

    The sunshine which developed during the late morning lasted until around 1500 when a bank of low St rolled in from the south east to give fog on high ground, accompanied by a 5c fall in temperature .

    The rest of the afternoon and the early evening was cold and foggy with a steady fall in temperature, now 2.7c as I type.

    At 1800;
