Well it's finally stopped raining, with the total exactly 23mm for the day.

27.6mm here and still raining, one of the wettest 24-30 hours my rain gauge has shown since 2007. And more to come over the weekend. I am beginning to be more than a touch concerned for the lower parts near the Don in this area. Too early to press the alarm button on my web site but getting close I fear!
