The fog which persisted all day yesterday eventually cleared through the early hours as mid level cloud slowly spread across the area from the south-west. Low –1.0c with –2.1c on the grass. At observation, mostly cloudy, ground frost, 100% humidity, trees and shrubs dripping wet. Sunny spells developed through the morning and continued in to the afternoon, though with variable amounts of thin low cloud at times too. Misty at times.
