How long has it been snowing there?

About 15 mins, sarah

edit: well, sleeting, I would say: heavy sleet.

You should be ok up in the hills there

Dont forget your training in the morning....

Such a kick in the teeth. The darker green echoes are literally 10 miles up the road. I'm getting some very light stuff but its all pivoting away south an east of here.

It's still moving sw watch the center, the dry curve, not the ppn.

Yeah sad.png We've had such poor luck..a slight dusting last night ,if you'd even call it that, and sleet followed by rain today

I don't know; I was rather pleased with the 1cm this moning - certainly more than expected and lasted to around 11am.

The westerly extent of the PPN is pushing inland, which is good news in that in means at least S an SE London will see a few flakes falling. We're certainly going to miss the heavy sstuf fthough which is now tracking due south a few miles east of the M25.

Yes, sods law that closeby sees something while nothing but a slushy mix at best. Always next time, your time will come, and will probably be sooner than expected!

Hopefully! I'm from the south coast of Ireland so we always get a raw deal when Ireland gets snow, so its extra annoying being in SE England but still narrowly missing it

Settling on all surfaces, now. Accumulations don't look like they're are going to be that fast, but, once again Bluebell Hill junction (about a mile up the road from me) looks as if it's trouble for the rush hour,

Well heavy snow now- so anywhere around here with elevation higher than a tennis net may be ok...

If it makes you feel any better it really aint that great out here. A 1cm slush fest. Melting away on the roads already.

Didnt even get 1cm here, it didnt even settle on the ground, just the cars, and was gone pretty quickly by morning

Well I was gonna give it 10/10 for effort and 0/10 for achievement, but

Just peeked outside, and beginning to settle on cars and grass in the last 5 mins

Belting down!

Lost a whole degree of DP in the last hour.

Stil needs to keep it up...
