Looking further ahead. I am wetting myself and I expect Paul S and the rest of the Thames contingent are, at this wind direction on Sat afternoon, for a good 24 hours...

Been very light snow here in London Southbank since just before 9am. It is settling on the roof outside my window, very fine grains of snow blowing about in the wind

Manager has said she will send us all home early afternoon if things get bad...

The only way to do the competion is.. 2 photos..

1) A large shot of where your ruler is in the snow (so we can see it aint in drifts)

2) Close up of the ruler in the snow

But I haven't got a cameraphone and lost the charger for the camera cray.gif

Any ideas if this will get heavier? The radar shows a heavier band moving in this sort of direction, I mean looking now the less-used roads are starting to get a covering but its too light and the flakes are too small to stop it settling on busier roads.

Snowing moderate light, settling readily on pavements and cars and blowing about as powder snow... good.gif Hmmm Nice!
