well said, promotes equality and diversity..this thread is a really nice place to be, if not addictive.. everyone has a right to their own opinion and view and should be respected in a way that promotes self esteem as well... but i just cannot help waiting for adam to post something, bless the lad , talk about naive and gulliable... i hope he never ventures onto the model thread hahaah... like a lamb to the slaughter hahaha!!

probably why i have not posted on ther for a while.... focasters nightmare area and prod it with a long stick rofl.gif

Any way talking of long sticks, let us lads get em out tommorrow and see how deep we can all go tease.gif

good.gif Agreed.

Ah the model thread, started viewing it last winter as a lurker, same again this year so i finally came out of the shadows and became a member

but i've not posted in their yet. Serious amounts of knowledge in there and quite intimidating for a newbie, good thing is i've learnt a lot in there

from members posts and it is a great place to expand your knowledge on the subject.

My road is white over but at the current rate it could snow for the rest of winter and not cause any problems. Here's hoping it peps up,

Very thin, tiny flakes falling here 6 miles north east of Skipton. -1 degrees where it has been all day. If it does come it'll stick, no doubt.

Still got 3'' in the fields and double that on the tops.

Lovely rain here lol :-/

Mate, i'm gutted for you, it did say it could start as rain on the coast though then turn to sleet/snow. Although i read that last night.

Fingers crossed and good luck for Skeggy, bloody fairy lights warming the place up.

wet snow now - not settling yet....plenty of time for that to change clapping.gif

Yes. The temps should start to drop once the PPN has set in,like they have further south. We could end up doing pretty well.

Driven to Skeggy many times with having family living down that way and many times there´s been loads of snow up around Louth but soon as you get within a few miles of Skeg its rain.

Radar forecast shows snow hitting Leeds at 9pm. Little westward drift though, which is needed for the bulk of it to blow in off the coast.
