A few Northerly topplers to look forward too over the next 10 days particularly towards the end of the weekend. Nothining prolonged unfortunately as the Greenland High doesn't look like appearing.

Certainly looks good early next week for the Northwest in particular. Hopefully in the strong winds some of the showers will get to many other parts aswell if the charts come to fruition.

Monday night and Tuesday looking good away.

With the air coming straight off the mild Atlantic and uppers of just -6C to -8C, a lot of those showers may be sleety during the day, with a decent snow fall occurring during the heavier showers. Of course from late evening to morning they'd mostly be snow, especially away from west/south west coast.

Nope, just some heavy rain and gusty winds.

Plenty of strikes though!

Is this all due to move north through the night?

It's along the east coast at the moment, doesn't look like it will stretch up into the north unfortunately.

Here's a short clip I got. Heavy rain up to 1:45, a very nice CG at 1:49 and CC at 2:21, before the power started going out around the city!
