Big chunky snow here,and it is definately sticking to cars and grass. Cant tell on the tarmac.

Yes - had loads of lighning and thunder earlier, i wonder whether we can get some thundersnow - only ever heard what i term true thundersnow once - second saturday in December 1990 approx 3am.

Looks like this current crop is about to pass through , but there's plenty more crossing T'Irish sea

I just lived just too far north of the snow. Im gutted. sad.png By judging at the radar the wind is changing direction to more of a north-westerly if you look closely.

Silly me, too busy reading these posts to look out of the window. Heavy sleet here now, such a quick turnaround from mainly rain. No thunder this time, but good to see wintry stuff again.

Edit: flash of lightning and thunder. It's all systems go!
