Light rain died away last night, though remaining cloudy. A few clear spells developed through the early hours, with also a few wintry showers locally. Low –1.0c with –2.6c on the grass. The morning to observation has seen a few cloud breaks allowing some brief watery sunshine, now mostly cloudy again, frost thawing.
