Heavy snow here starting to cover paths and just starting to settle on road. wasn't expecting this a couple of hours ago when everything was dripping wet! Will it last?

GFS and NAE 18z keep snow going overnight into the morning across the SE and EA(snow could affect more of EA that has not had snow yet), with some sleet/snow patches around through the day for many.

Tuesday a slight upgrade to snow, although not significant at this stage.

I don't think the refuge operatives will be coming here in the morning... Elf-n-safetysorry.gifHave to wait another 2 weeks then.

Best go to lazy.gif now so ready for work play in the morning.

Hope you all get what you want tonight and wake to glorious scenes in a snow covered winter wonderland - if not.... well there's always next time...

Still snowing steadily, been non stop for several hours now. Everything covered white, even the road outside has a slushy cm or 2!

Heaviest snow of the winter here. Gritters have been past about 3 times already but roads are still covered and Craig Beattie has just signed for Barnet. What a great Sunday!

Relentless.moderate.

West/North west London certainly seems to be in the sweet spot. 7 hours of snowfall now, and the heaviest most consistent I have seen all winter.

Shame its not settling too much though
