Weather book for ten year old?

Could anyone recommend a good weather book for a ten year old? My nephew lives in Malaysia where, of course, the weather is pretty much the same every day (great if you like storms). He's recently become very interested in clouds and especially snow (there starts a lifetime of frustration!), and even wants us to Skype him when it snows here. Can anyone recommend a good book for someone of his age? I want to develop his interest and get him as obsessed as myself!
