snow seems to be getting a little heavier now, the METO radar is pepping up a little bit i think.

Temperature has been dropping slowly all day and is now 1.6°C with a DP of +0.7°C. Still sleeting and has been doing so all day without a break.

What a depressing day.... It would be nice to see some sunshine too - I have haven't seen the round yellow thing since last weekend and hardly at all in the last fortnight.

Slushy covering of snow when i came out the house the Snow is getting heavier in Dronfield had a report from my Gf's son whonia staying just North of Buxton at 400m+ saying they have a good covering already.

Attached is the graph of temps and DP here over the last 24 hours. Since I got up this morning at 07:00 it has been sleeting without a break: imagine if this had been snow.......

HaHa, i'm not pulling your leg mate, it really is white over and its pretty heavy snow now too. Everything's covered apart from the road which is quite

busy so it's not getting chance, the fields, paths and cars are covered. Surprising really as its been raining for the last couple of days and was raining all day

until it turned to snow.

It is actually covering the road where the cars are parked as well.
