Been snowing here most of the night, still on and of now, some heavy bursts, nothing landed, infact the ground is bone dry.

Latest NW radar is cracking up a bit, but running the animation the mass over the Channel isn't moving anywhere particularly, so areas that are seeing snow are likely to see that continue and possibly increase:

The Channel is a busy place today!

Sitting at Bordeaux airport waiting for a flight to Gatwick, heard on the radio this morning that Normandy is expecting 25cms of the white stuff today. It could be interesting if some of that got over to our side of the channel. Meanwhile here in Bordeaux storm clouds are brewing over the airport, but it will fall as rain as it is a tropical 10 degrees here.

Very light dusting of snow here, nothing on the roads, temp -0.1 DP -1.7. Just now falling as light sleet being blown around in the wind, gusting at 16MPH windchill down to - 5!

Hi Steve, how far south do you think that will reach?

Here in Egham, Surrey there is nothing at all, not even seen a flake falling. Anything coming this way just fizzles out over the London area!

If SW Wales can get decent looking showers that have crossed from the east, why can't those showers that have been endlessly piling into the Suffolk coast and heading my way actually reach here? So far the dry easterly at the end of Feb is better than this one for me. Only thing notable out there is the wind.
