Looks like you may be hit by the back end of the main bit that went more northerly, got a heavy hail shower from that, here about half an hour ago!

No thunderstorms, but like I said heavy hail! Probably the same shower that affected the A303!

Confirm thunder in Bristol. Just at almondsbury view point and looking over at Wales looks tasty

Seems to be coming from the cell over SE Wales and the Bristol Channel.

Right on the very eastern edge of it here.
