Currently dry with sunny intervals and much less windy than yesterday. Drifts to just over 1m on the tops.

Occasional snow flurries for the first part of the night before the wind backed north-easterly and they died out. The min temp overnight of -1.0C happened early, with it increasing above freezing when the wind changed direction and remaining between 0-1C until sunrise.

The morning then began sunny before an area of wintry showers moved in, washing away any lying snow that remained. Despite that, the cover at 0900 was just enough to qualify as a second day of lying snow.

Currently 3.4C and 93% humidity with the wind now NNW. 0.6mm of rain so far. A max of 4.5C was attained before the showers arrived.
