The Supercells - Storm Chase USA

    We've had the lightning and tornado highlights, so now we move on to some of the supercells and storm structure shots from the last few chases.

     

    The one place to start here is the stunning Roswell supercell from May 2012 - the mothership is landing!

    This has got to be my favourite part of the Chases, All Supercell Structures are different and If I am honest I gladly take structure over Tornadoes, Structure with Tornadoes is obviously better but they are just Storms on a different level not seen anywhere else in the world.

    The advance party are currently over the Atlantic on their way to set things up for tour 2 to start on Wednesday, so now's definitely a good time for a final few supercell structure shots.

    totally agree now i have been there!

    They really give you sense of scale and how small we are in relation to mother nature! Jaw Dropping stuff!

    Thank you so much for putting these pictures up,I think they are totally stunning amazing shots that give you a glimpse of what it is like to actually be there,I can only imagine and envy you so much.I really appreciate you putting them up.
