After last nights events everyone is still on a high! There is a risk in far NE Texas and then in to Arkansas but the terrain is awful there and an early initiation means we're not going to go for it. Instead we're going to head to Amarillo for our celebratory steak but first we're going to visit the town of Grandbury which was hit hard last night by what looks to be an EF4 tornado. We'll stream as we enter the town hopefully :)

I understand there are still a few unaccounted for in Granbury which will mean access may be restricted.

Enjoy the Big Texan - anyone going for the challenge?

We're here but they're not letting anybody near the affected areas. Now heading to Weatherford for lunch and then on to Amarillo

Indeed. Think Deliverance meets Wrong Turn meets The Hills Have Eyes and you've got just about the worst chase territory in a 500mile radius. Stick in a wide river with just three crossings in 100 miles and you've got a nightmare (as Paul knows only too well: May 10th, 2008?)
