Any news on the NW team? I'd imagine they're on the cells south of this - parameters aren't conducive to a TN yet on this storm from what I can see - might be after dark that things get interesting id imagine

Where they are, it's 7:50 p.m. CDT but they are far west in the time zone so it's like 7:20 p.m. solar time if you get my drift. Sunset in about ah hour?

looks like that's it for that storm - check out heart of America - core punching the southern storm. some serious lightning! - this is the one to watch now I think, but winds aren't as backed into this storm - still -

beginnings of a notch on that southern cell, and the core has transferred south, but I don't think the winds are backed enough - well see though

GAH!!!!!!!! Changeover day tomorrow so had to play the southern target and got nothing sad.png Blooming typical!

The southern end of the broad risk zone started to lose it's appeal quite late yesterday, and obs pointed more to KS from around 18Z which as you say was a trip to far.

However - we now have two more days at least of potential and a quick look this morning suggests Monday could be a big day for OK.
