Annual Stormchasers BBQ - 10th August 2013

Once again the annual event is under 3 months away and Jimbo Ford has very kindly agreed to host this years gathering at his house on Saturday 10th to Sunday 11th August 2013 in Surrey!

 

As per usual all are welcome to attend both stormchasers past, present and future or even if you have no interest but want to meet up please come along. Jim has said there is Limited space in the house to stay and also he will erect a marquee for tents to pitch up under for a spot of camping.

 

I am sure Jim will fill in the address in due course, please let us know of here if you are interested in attending.

Ok peeps, address is 19 Nower Road, Dorking, Surrey. RH4 3BS,Should have 3 spare bedrooms for people to crash out in so no real need for tents. Will find something to erect over small lawn area to sleep under as well.Wife and son will probably be in Finland and my daughter will probably be having a sleepover somewhere, so all welcome to crash at mine.

 

Aim to start at 3pm but welcome before hand if you want. There is a Sainsburys and Waitrose in the town for meat and drinks 5 mins walk away, and The Nower, grass and woodland for a walk with Milo if anyone fancies.

Not long to go now peeps, still on for Aug 10th 3pm at mine, I'll be busy training for the London Surrey 100 up until 4th Aug, so will post more in the week leading up to the 10th.Only sleeping bag and pillows needed as plenty of floor space to crash out in or if you need something more comfortable there is a TravelLodge other side of town. Will see if i can borrow some blow up beds as well.Might even have a Kamikaze Karaoke for a couple of hours where all volunteers put in their name and chose a song but be careful because then all the songs are put into a hat and chosen at random!
