I'm reserving comment for the weekend still as of yet, as the 18z is showing it could easily all go to pot.

In the meantime tommorow, Thursday and Friday all looking fantastic, should be longer spells of sunshine to tommorow with the drier air.

I think i'm with you on that one 18z looks like the break down could come as soon as sat, Hope not but im sure it'll be back on track come tomorrow.

Pretty much the ideal day for me here - clear blue skies, lots of sunshine, pleasant cooling breeze which prevents it from getting too warm.

Perfick!

Perfection today, practically unbroken sunshine most of the day, just a few fluffy cumulus clouds and distant high cloud with a high of 20.2c.

Looking more like 19-21c for the end of the week/weekend now compared to the initial 21-24c that was shown but as today has shown that is more than fine enough.

Glorious day here, as near to unbroken sunshine as Ive seen in summer since 2006. This has been a very nice spell of weather, but I cant help thinking the daytime temps should be higher in June, with all this sun. 18-22C with sunshine is nice, but I would have expected 24-26 in these conditions in the old days. The sea must be abnormally cold after that spring or something?

I'll certainly take a summer of this over 2012, 2011, 2010, 2009,2008,2007 any day though!

Bit of a front and North Sea effect should break up late morning.

I would of thought the north east of our region that would take longer to clear been's the cloud is coming in on a east to northeastly wind.

That's I would have thought too, in my experience its Lincs, Notts, Leicestershire most prone, closest to the Wash.

Looking at (sat 24) it looks to me that its slowly being eroded from the south and the north west.
