Too true! Its 26.5c, dry and bright here in Bury, if yesterday's forecast was right then it would be about 21c with rain. I find it fascinating that with all their knowledge and computers that there are so many set ups that they still can not accurately model and subsequently forecast, must do their heads in as much as ours!

Certain synoptics the meto (or should I say their super computers) still can't cope with, It's not often we see charts like this with LP to the west or south west and instability over the near continent - High pressure and our typical default Atlantic stuff no problems but this and high level blocking and they get their knickers in a twist - to speak in layman's terms. 

 

Still time for their forecast for this evening to be correct although today's has been woeful.

Bluewater bill higher than expected? Still sunny, next bit due in about an hour, apparently. Just the blobby one before the (hopefully, or not, larger bit).
