dry with a bit of breeze and some fairly shallow Cu with patchy Ci above, mainly sunny after the edge of storms last night to the west mainly, a low of 15.1C

Yesterday evening continued with heavy showers and thunder and lightning, The heavy'est around 19.04pm giving 13.5mm. Showers continued into the early hours, there was a torrential downpour at 03.15am giving 5.2mm before dying out to leave a breezy morning and feeling much fresher. An overnight low of 12.1c.

Heavy thundery showers around the area yesterday evening but mostly not here. The heaviest was a brief and very squally shower at 2000 g.m.t with a gust of 51 mph but even with this one the heaviest rain passed just to the north west. A dry night after midnight and dry so far this morning with brief sunny intervals.

temps started 2.5C lower than yesterday, even tho its sunny (yesterday was cloudy this time) its almost 3C lower.  Room temp hit the 22s and is now 24.0.  Outside feels fresh and cool currently but is sunny and although predicted rain looks unlikely currently.  No wind or breeze. The light clouds that do exist are moving very slowly as well.  Official max temps for my area yesterday were 25C which surprised me. currently I measuring outside temp as 19C, yesterday was 22.1 this time.  We did have rain during night whilst I slept.

Warm with clear spells last night, turning cloudy through the early hours. Cloudy for a time this morning, with a clearance arriving around 08:30 GMT. At observation sunny spells. There was a good deal of cloud at times through the day, though with some very warm sunny spells. A short sharp shower fell around 15:30 GMT. A rather cloudy evening followed with a few showers in the locality.

yes the green line on the copy of my weather station is the key, Td is much lower than recently. the temperature is also but it is the Td that is the main factor in my view
