I've noticed that Netweather extra is ignoring numbers in your password. The problem doesn't happen with the forum though. So in netweather extra I can put in my password then any numbers I like or none at all and I'll get logged in.

Yes this has happened to me too. I thought it was odd when I accidently but the wrong password in and it still logged me in!

well 1,2,4,5,6 didn't work however substituting one of the letters for a number my password and leaving off the other numbers allows me to log in as well.

So basically not secure I'll try some more combo's out of interest.

After the 8th character it seems you can put what you like in and you will be logged in.

This is how the system has always worked - it checks the first 8 characters of the password when you login. Posted Image

any chance of altering it so one can have a nice long easy too remember password which is difficult to crack
