I have just had a monster rain storm here.

I did not see any lightning though.

Everyone else post you're reports here.

I am expecting more of the same here through this afternoon.

Im under a torrential downpour at the moment 25 miles east of leeds, airs very humid but pressure is quite high at the moment and west of me(direction of wind) looks clear. Fingers crossed something may build for east coast region

A large T-storm has just passed to the south of me heading SE, lots of sheet lightning and some pretty impressive CG's

Could be a good possibility it'll head your way, i dont think it'll die down for a good few hours there was a lot of sun heating it up. fingers crossed for ya

Very heavy rain here in County Durham also some thunder and lighting.Witch the lighting was very close hit field next to use lost all tv channals for 2 mins. Hope there more to come.
