Very surprised the MO have not got a warning out for today across this neck of the woods, especially as they are right underneath it in Exeter....absolutely caning it down when I drove back from mid Devon earlier, flash flooding for sure. Looks like another example of their typically slack weekend attitude.

Tks xmetman.  Think the risk was always there and to be honest is still there, so it should have been covered by at least a Yellow imo.  Some of the rain earlier was torrential, in fact I heard Phil Avery describe it as such on News24, which simply asks more questions than it answers about why no warnings were issued imo.
