Yesterday's rain cleared by mid-evening and the rest of the night was dry with cloud clearing to allow a slight ground frost.

A sunny start to the morning but a veil of Cs to the south and south east is currently obscuring the sun.

Thursday 07th November 2013:

 

The temperature peaked at a very mild 12.5c last night before falling quickly after 20:00 GMT during heavy rain and a gusty south-westerly wind. The rain eventually stopped around midnight and the temperature continued to fall steadily to a low of 4.2c by dawn, grass minimum 0.2c narrowly missing a ground frost. Sunny spells so far this morning, damp underfoot.

A few clear spells for a time last night before clouding over before midnight. The day dawned overcast with the odd spot of light rain. At observation, no change. The rain became more persistent by the end of the morning, continuing through the afternoon and in to the evening night when it turned moderate and heavy for a short time accompanied by a gusty SW wind. Also turning very mild, 12.5c before the heavier rain around mid evening.

Dry and rather cloudy with sunny intervals.  It was very mild yesterday evening, hence the high 24 hour maximum of 14.5 (last night - the maximum during the day today was 11.1), minimum 8.1.  Wind light SW.

6.6C here with skies clearing after some afternoon showers. Windy enough for a time for some bins and signs to have blown over. Max was 7.4C and min 2.3C so milder than the last couple of days.

A dry and sunny morning, the sunshine just about lasting into the early afternoon before a rapid increase in Cu brought a few light showers between 1500 and 1700; since then the lower level cloud has cleared.
