    A dry and clear start to last night with a slight ground frost. Clouding over by late evening but remaining mainly dry with an increasing S/SE wind.

    A spell of rain from around 1000, briefly heavy around 1045 but now light and intermittent.

    Overcast with light rain, 7.5 deg C (the maximum of 10.8 was early morning, and the minimum of 3.3 yesterday evening).

     

    Yesterday: wet and windy with gale force gusts in the morning, dry with sunny spells after lunch.  Maximum 10.2, minimum 2.6.  Wind strong SW.

    The front only provided a minute of heavy rain if that after a morning of drizzle. The afternoon slowly brightened up and hopefully a dry evening will follow.

    A dry start to the day followed by a spell of light-moderate rain from 0950 until around 1300, and with one brief burst of heavy rain around 1045. The second half of the afternoon was dry and cloudy, the cloud eventually dispersing toward sunset to leave a clear start to the evening.
