Taken as a whole this Winter has been special and in my top 5 easily already.

Average temps, not many mild days, not many cold days, some ice and frost, some wet snow, plenty rain and wind. Not great but no where near as bad as 90's/00's winters with endless double figure temps and not a frost in sight.
