When will 20C be reached?

I'll go for a pretty safe 10th April.

Earliest date was on 2nd march 1977 at 20.2 deg

in 1929 21.1 deg was recorded on the 9th at colwyn bay

in 1948 23.9 was recorded on the 9th at Wealdstone [3 weeks earlier than any other date to record this temp]
