Ground frost and clear skies early in the night with a low of 1.9C then a spell of fog now low St and the temperature on 3.4C with a lightish NNE breeze.

A dry night, clear at first but with low cloud spreading in after midnight giving mist at times over the hills.

A cloudy start to this morning but the cloud has gradually broken and dispersed and it's now sunny and almost cloudless with a temp' of 7.0c.

the 'grot' of this morning cleared by late am and it is another lovely afternoon without any cloud and a temperature currently on 13.8C with a very light breeze, barely noticeable in the garden, from ESE

 

a month of this would be lovely!

Cold, clear and frosty to start with a min of -0.1C. Partly cloudy during the morning but now clear. Not particularly warm due to a slight north-easterly breeze, but still reaching a max of 9.8C.

 

Currently clear and sunny with a temp of 8.7C.

After a  chilly and cloudy start sunny intervals developed by mid-morning and from late morning there was  almost continuous sunshine. A chilly E/NE breeze all day.

BBC said some parts of south coast struggled to get above 5 degrees which I am alarmed at - colder than most days this winter..

 

Indeed much of central and se and east England hardly what you could describe as a 'warm day' with maxima struggling into double figures.

 

It shows what difference sun makes at this time of year.
