I'm working in Nuremberg for a week in the middle of May, with hopefully a little sight-seeing time as well. I know it's way too far out to get a forecast (I'll ask more specifically nearer the time), but it's not a part of Germany I have visited before. Any ideas what the typical weather for mid-May is over there from anyone who has spent time there?

Hiya,

I was lucky enough to work at a place called Forchheim just North of Nuremburg a few years ago.  Weather can be changeable with hefty showers, but if you get a quieter spell the temperatures are a few degrees above the UK.

It's a lovely part of Germany with very friendly people.  If you go outside the city, try to visit Bamberg, a wonderful old city
