A cold start with plenty of cloud around which probably prevented an air frost.

    Temp 2.4C

3/4 cover of shallow Cu/St and a low of 0.9C so I guess a ground frost at sunrise, nothing showing now with T=4.0C and a light breeze from ENE

A dry and mainly clear night but a sheet of Sc spread in from the north east around 0400 g.m.t and has persisted since.

Still no air frost this month; the last air frost here was on February 12th and it's looking less and less likely that there'll be another one before the end of the 'season'.

Currently it's dry, cloudy and chilly.

    Rainfall in 24 hrs ending 0800 g.m.t; 0.0 mm
