The show returns on the 28th May and is moving to the fantastic reserve at RSPB Minsmere in Suffolk.

 

 

Oh and Bill Oddie is also making a return to the show along with all the regular cast and crew.

Excellent news - that promises not only lots of wildfowl and waders, but also the sand martins in the artificial colony, otters, warblers, terns on the beach, harriers, possibly the odd osprey, kingfishers, deer in the farmland at the back of the reserve, migrants flying along the coast, a wealth of insects and, especially, the waders that made it famous - avocets. Hopefully they'll also feature the naughty konik ponies.

 

It will also be nice to see Bill again - after all, he did so much to set the programme up in the first place.
