A beautiful day in Manchester, lovely cloud formations to look at. NE from Trafford park:

Very heavy rain here and thunder is getting louder as the storm approaches from the south west!

3pm France time, 1pm UK time.

 

Some rumbling to my SW, skies very dark there.

 

France is only 1 hour ahead of the UK isn't it?

Forgot about the time differences. Yes, the UK is one hour behind France, so that would be 2pm UK time.

Quite a few decent showers popping up over Wales heading NE. Hoping they develop further before they get here.

The 4km NMM shows plenty of precip, looks quite close to the radar.

Once again Ireland having it's fair share with a real rash of showers and scattered storms!  More activity now across S Wales and up the western side of the UK.

I can't believe Wales and 'Up north', are still getting storms! It's wall to wall bordem , I mean sunshine, in London, 25c! I'm sitting outside with a magnum!
