    A few spots of showery rain from some very dark looking Cu yesterday evening but the cloud cleared by late evening and the rest of the night was dry and clear.

    A warm and sunny day so far with a bank of Cs and Ac to the east which has been crawling its way west. The current temp' is 20.2c according to the Davis.

    Overcast all day so far with rain from mid-morning that has turned heavier in the last hour. Notably cold for mid-July with a temp of 14.0C after a max earlier of 14.5C.

    We're now up to 20.8mm for the day. The max temp looks like being 14.6C which is the second lowest in the last 10 years in July and only 1.6C above the record low max.

     

    A completely different day from 50 miles further west it seems!

    Overcast with persistent rain, heavy at times. The maximum temperature of 14.6C was the second lowest in 10 years at this site in July. The rainfall total of 23.2mm was the highest since August 2012.
