Hi guys, Just wanted to share with you some of the pictures of Supercells, Tornadoes, CG Lightning etc from the 2014 Chase Trips, you may have heard that 2014 will go down as one of the slowest seasons of recent times but it was Netweather's best chase results since we started this in 2007 and we also equalled or bettered most US Chase companies for the 3rd straight year, plenty of spaces still up for grabs on the 2015 Trips so if you are even in the slightest intrigued or want a different type of holiday chasing the worlds most violent weather then a "chasecation" might be for you.

Not for the faint hearted though we covered 22,500 miles across 17 states and witnessed 27 Tornadoes including 4 x EF4 Wedge Tornadoes and Softball Sized Hail.

If not then please enjoy some of the amazing Storms we captured this year on this thread in date order as they happened!

Wow! Fantastic Paul! Mind you some of the cloud formation we had on the July plume weren't too dissimilar.

Thanks Lauren, Yes July was a great month for storms for the SE, Hoping we get a decent shot at August as well, also we are long overdue a stormy September, cant remember the last one we had, if we can get one then with the nights drawing in and it getting darker earlier we have much more chance of storms sustaining after darkness for lightning opportunities!

Another fantastic trip again this year for you, capturing those amazing supercells.  Upsetting that the Pilger twin tornadoes caused so much devastation to the town and killing two people in the process, still it could have been a lot worse if it wasnt for the early warnings from chasers like yourselves.
