Started dull, overcast and foggy, about 7-800m, no wind; it is thinning now with some form visible to the cloud, overcast low St, a low of 12.8C. Oh for the sunshine some folks have been having over the last few days.

A few cloud breaks last night, turning cloudy and misty through the early hours with a little drizzle. Mist thickening to fog around dawn, vis <300 yards. Low cloud and fog lifting by 08:00 GMT, sunny spells towards observation. Some bright and sunny spells continuing, though rather a lot of cloud at time, just a few spots of rain around early afternoon.
